Broccoli Casserole

Broccoli casserole with cheese and crackers is the main dish that we can serve with Salad, potatoes or chicken.

  • Broccoli   (600 Grams or 20 oz)
  • Mayonnaise   (Half Cup)
  • Cream Sour   (Half Cup)
  • cream of mushroom soup  (One Can or 300 Grams )
  • cheddar cheese ( One Cup)
  • crushed crackers.  (One Cup)
  1.    Preheat the oven to 350 F . 
  2.     Melt some butter in Casserole and grease properly. 
  3.     Now add 600 Grams chopped (Already Steamed ) broccoli in a bowl.
  4.     Add Half cup Mayonnaise.
  5.     Half cup sour cream.
  6.     One cup grated cheddar cheese ( Use half cup now)
  7.     One can or 300 Grams condensed cream of mushroom soup
  8.     Two beaten eggs.
  9.     Half tsp garlic powder.
  10.     Salt and pepper to taste.
  11.     Mix together.
  12.     Transfer this mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
  13.     Top with the remaining half cup grated sharp cheddar cheese.
  14.     Top with one cup of crushed crackers. Cover with the aluminum foil.
  15.     Bake in oven for 20 minutes. 
  16.     Now remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown properly. 
  17.    Serve Hot
