Broccoli casserole with cheese and crackers is the main dish that we can serve with Salad, potatoes or chicken.

- Broccoli (600 Grams or 20 oz)
- Mayonnaise (Half Cup)
- Cream Sour (Half Cup)
- cream of mushroom soup (One Can or 300 Grams )
- cheddar cheese ( One Cup)
- crushed crackers. (One Cup)
- Preheat the oven to 350 F .
- Melt some butter in Casserole and grease properly.
- Now add 600 Grams chopped (Already Steamed ) broccoli in a bowl.
- Add Half cup Mayonnaise.
- Half cup sour cream.
- One cup grated cheddar cheese ( Use half cup now)
- One can or 300 Grams condensed cream of mushroom soup
- Two beaten eggs.
- Half tsp garlic powder.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix together.
- Transfer this mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining half cup grated sharp cheddar cheese.
- Top with one cup of crushed crackers. Cover with the aluminum foil.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
- Now remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown properly.
