Classic Deviled Eggs

Step 1

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with enough water that there’s 2 inches of water above the eggs. Heat on high Flame until water starts boiling, then cover with Lid, turn the heat to low flame, After 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and leave covered for 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water for few seconds

Step 2

Break egg shells and peel Carefully,Now Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks to a Plate, and Put the whites in a Bowl. Mash yolks properly into a fine crumble with the help of a spoon. Add  your Favorite Toppings Sauce with mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

Step 3

Fill half teaspoon egg yolk in egg white and dust egg top with paprika. Make your favorite design on a platter; garnish with coriander or celery.
